Appointments Policy
Prepayment is required at the time of reservation. (Minimum $65 or up depend on time and location) No Deposit required. If you are a guest in Beverly Hills Hotel such as The Peninsula Beverly Hills, Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills. Shutters on the Beach Santa Monica. Hotel Casa Del Mar Santa Monica. Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel.
This is not refundable. You may cancel anytime you want with no refund and no need to pay additional more. When cancellations occur, our therapists need to receive compensation for time they have set aside as they lose income.
We accept all Major Credit Cards. All information that you provide to us or our third party payment processors must be accurate, current and complete.
Cancellation Policy
We work very hard to schedule the right time for each service. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. While you may cancel your service at any time, fees paid for our Services are nonrefundable.
We understand things happen, and know our Members respect and value our time, and are happy to be a bit more flexible with you.
Valet parking or self-parking fee is required if there is no free parking.
When Our Massage Therapist arrives, they will introduce themselves and quickly show their California State License Card to you.
We serve our clients with respect and expect the same level from our clients

Massage service are intended to create a positive experience to clients who are looking for healing from physical injuries as well as emotional and mental stress. Our therapists will leave immediately if they feel uncomfortable for any inappropriate actions, misconduct or unethical behavior. The result from the immediate termination of your session incurring the full payment of the scheduled appointment, all such incidents will be reported to the authorities.
We will not be liable for any body (or property) injury or loss occasioned by the negligent or intentional conduct or practices or illegal or otherwise (including criminal conduct) and each massage therapist is responsible for his or her own licensing, certifications and insurances, for whichever areas he or she provides these services, as required by law. Massage Therapists reserve the right to refuse giving a massage. We do not evaluate the quality of their services. Unhappy with the quality of the massage, you may cancel or stop your Service at any time, fees paid for our Services are nonrefundable.
